eSUB Drive is a centralized file storage and management system for your organization. Important company files can be uploaded to eSUB Drive so they are easily accessible to users in both the office and the field. File storage and management at the project level is available in the project menu under Project Drive. The Project Drive is a place to store the files that are only pertinent to the given project, and only accessible by members of the project.
To perform the actions described in this article, a user must have been granted the Company Drive - General Permissions and Project Drive - General Permissions permissions.

To access eSUB Drive:
- Select eSUB Drive on the global navigation menu
- Select a folder to view its contents
To access Project Drive:
- Select Projects on the global navigation menu, then select a project from the list
- Select Project Drive from the slide out menu

Drive Features
Thumbnail/List Views
Select the view button to alternate between thumbnail or list views.
File Sorting
Select a header column to alternate sorting.
Folder Navigation
Select the navigation pane toggle to expand or collapse the folder directory if desired. Use the file path links to quickly navigate back to a folder.

Upload Files
- Select the destination folder, then select Upload Files
- Select the file(s) from the file picker window, then select Open to begin the upload
Rename a File
- Select the file and then either select Rename from the top bar or select the three-dot menu and select Rename
- Make your changes and then select Save

Manage Folders and Sub-folders
Create a Folder
- Select the target parent folder then select New Directory
- Enter a name for the new folder then select Create
Rename a Folder
- Select the folder and then either select Rename from the top bar or select the three-dot menu and select Rename
- Make your changes and then select Save

Download/Delete Files and Folders
You have the ability to download or delete one or multiple files or folders.
To download - You are limited to selecting 500 files + 500 folders (for a total of 1000 files and folders) in the current directory. To download:

- Select the file(s) or folder(s) and either select the Download button from the button bar above or the three-dot menu and select Download.
- You will be prompted to remove some selections if you select more than 500 files and/or folders in the current location; however, all subfolders and files will be included in the selection with no limitation.
- The download process will display a progress bar in the top right corner of the screen while the selected folders and files are gathered into a zip file which you will be available to retrieve once the download is completed.
To delete – You can select an unlimited number of files or folders, including Select All, to delete items in bulk. To delete:

- Select the file(s) or folder(s) and either select the Delete button from the button bar above or the three-dot menu and select Delete.
- There is no undo option, so you will be prompted to make sure you are ready to delete the number of items selected. Select Delete
Important: Deleting a folder will also delete all subfolders and files within those folders.
