As a user, you are able to update certain details in your own user profile, so you can set up eSUB Fusion to work best for you.

Reset Your Password
Your eSUB Fusion password may be reset in case the password was forgotten or if there is simply a need to change your password. Resetting your password is easy to do on both mobile and web.
Reset Your Password on the Web
- Select your profile icon in the global navigation menu, then select My Profile
- Select Reset Password
- A new browser page will appear
- Enter your eSUB login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
- Go to your email inbox and open the eSUB verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email into the reset password page and create your new password
- Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code

Reset Your Password on Mobile
- Select the menu button, then select Settings
- Select Reset Password
- A new browser page will appear
- Enter your eSUB login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
- Go to your email inbox and open the eSUB verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email into the reset password page and create your new password
- Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to the login page at esubcloud.com/login (Or the login screen on the mobile app) and select the Forgot Password link
- A new browser page will appear
- Enter your eSUB Fusion login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
- Go to your email inbox and open the verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email onto the reset password page and create your new password
- Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code.
Update Your Contact Numbers
- Select your user profile icon from the global navigation menu, then select My Profile
- Make the desired edits to the Mobile No., Office No., and Fax No. fields
- Select Save Changes when finished
Update Your Date Display Preference
- Select your user profile icon from the global navigation menu, then select My Profile
- Make the desired selection in the Date Display Preference field
- Select Save Changes when finished
Update Your Email Signature
Your email signature appears as your sign off on all emails you send from eSUB Fusion.
- Select the user profile icon from the global navigation menu, then select My Profile
- Enter your desired text in the Email Signature field
- Select Save Changes when finished
