User Personas: Admin | Project Manager
User permissions dictate what actions a User can perform within eSUB Fusion. Permissions are assigned and managed through Permission Groups. Once you create a Permission Group, you can assign it to Users within your organization.
Viewing and managing Permission Groups requires the User Admin - Permission Groups permission. For creating and managing Permission Groups, see the Set Up User Permissions article.
The sections below mirror the Permission Groups screen top-to-bottom. Each table lists the permissions in a section, the options available for each, and what they control. Use the links below to jump to a topic:

Crew Basic Preset Permission Group
eSUB Fusion includes a predefined Crew Basic permission group. It is used automatically by Users with the Crew Basic license type: crew members who can log in with limited access. The Crew Basic permission group currently grants access to the My Schedule functionality only. For more information on Crew Basic users see Create and Manage Users and Crew Members.
