User Personas: Admin | Project Manager
User permissions dictate what actions a User can perform within eSUB Fusion. Permissions are assigned and managed through Permission Groups. Once you create a Permission Group, you can assign it to Users within your organization.
To perform the actions described in this article, you must have the User Admin - Permission Groups permission.

FAQ
Why can’t I view, create, edit, or delete a tool or document?
Every user is assigned a permission group by an administrator. If you cannot reach a tool or perform an action, ask your administrator to confirm which permissions your group holds; they can adjust it. See Permission Group Descriptions for what each permission controls.
Why can’t I delete a Permission Group?
A Permission Group that is assigned to a User cannot be deleted. Move those users to another group first. See Delete Permission Group.
Do I have to create Permission Groups before I create Users?
No. Groups can be created before or after users, and a user’s permissions can be adjusted at any time. See Create and Manage Users and Crew Members.
What is the difference between permissions and project access?
Permissions decide what actions a user can perform. Project access decides which projects those actions apply to. They are set separately. See Set Up User Access Level.
Where can I see what each permission actually controls?
Every permission section, its available options, and what it controls are documented in Permission Group Descriptions.
