Before using eSUB Fusion for the first time, you will need to activate your account. This article covers the account activation process and basic knowledge about gaining access to eSUB Fusion, including how to reset your password.

Activate Your eSUB Fusion Account
Before logging in to eSUB Fusion for the first time, you must activate your account. An admin in your organization must create your user profile before proceeding with account activation.
- Go to your email inbox and open the Welcome to eSUB Cloud 2.0! email from noreply@esubcloud.com and select the Activate Account link
- Follow the instructions to activate your account and create your password:
- Enter your email on the Activate Account page and select Request Verification Code
- A new browser page will appear
- Check your email for the verification code, then enter the code onto the set password page
- Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code.
- Create your new password, then select Submit
- Enter your email on the Activate Account page and select Request Verification Code
Sign in to eSUB Fusion
Once your account has been activated, you may log in to eSUB Fusion.
- Go to the login page at esubcloud.com/login, enter your eSUB Fusion credentials, and select Sign In

Log out of eSUB Fusion
- Select the user icon from the global navigation menu, then select Logout
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to the login page at esubcloud.com/login (Or the login screen on the mobile app) and select the Forgot Password link
- A new browser page will appear
- Enter your eSUB Fusion login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
- Go to your email inbox and open the verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email onto the reset password page and create your new password
- Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code.
eSUB Fusion Supported Browsers
eSUB Fusion is supported on the last 3 versions of the following browsers:
