Activating Your eSUB Cloud 2.0 Account on Mobile
Before logging in to eSUB Cloud 2.0 on mobile for the first time, you must activate your account. An admin in your organization must create your user before proceeding with account activation.
- Go to your email inbox and open the Welcome to eSUB Cloud 2.0! email from noreply@esubcloud.com and select the Activate Account link
- Follow the instructions to activate your account and create your password:
- Enter your email on the Activate Account page and select Request Verification Code
- A new browser page will appear
- Check your email for the verification code, then enter the code onto the set password page
- Create your new password, then select Submit
- Enter your email on the Activate Account page and select Request Verification Code
Once your account has been activated, you may now log in to eSUB Cloud 2.0 on mobile. You will first need to search your app store and download the eSUB Cloud 2.0 mobile app to your device.
eSUB Cloud 2.0 Mobile App Supported Devices
eSUB Cloud 2.0 is supported on the following devices:

Android - Any device using Android OS 9 or later

iOS - Any device using iOS 14 or later
Note that eSUB Cloud is not supported on Windows tablets.
Download or Update eSUB Cloud 2.0 Mobile App
Find the most up-to-date eSUB Cloud 2.0 app by searching for it on the App Store or on Google Play. For optimal performance, make sure you are on the latest version of the eSUB app.
- Launch the eSUB Cloud 2.0 mobile app on your device and enter your eSUB Cloud 2.0 email address and password
- Select Sign In

Log Out of eSUB Cloud 2.0 on Mobile

Select the menu button, then select Settings

Select Log Out
Reset Password on Mobile
- Select the menu button, then select Settings
- Select Reset Password
- A new browser page will appear
- Enter your eSUB login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
- Go to your email inbox and open the eSUB verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email into the reset password page and create your new password
