The My Projects page in the eSUB Fusion mobile app displays all the projects that are pertinent to you. From here, you can find important details about a job and create documentation to track your progress.

View and Manage the My Projects Page on Mobile
The My Projects page is your default landing page in the mobile app. The list of projects shows all of the projects that you have been granted access to. You can use the sort and filter options on the page to quickly navigate to a project, then select the project to view the Project Summary.
Search
- Select the search bar then enter your search criteria, such as a project number or name
Sort
- Select the filter button, then make your selection in the Sort By field
- Select the checkmark to apply the sort
Filter
- Select the filter button, then make your selection in the Status field
- Select the checkmark to apply the filter
Remove Filters
- Select the filter button, then select Reset Filters
- Select the checkmark to apply

Project Summary on Mobile
The Project Summary page on Mobile gives you quick access to driving directions, project information, project Mailbox, and project documents.
Project Address
- Select the Project Address to view the job site in your default maps app
- Select Directions or Start in your default maps app to begin navigation to the job site
Additional Project Info
- Select the Additional Project Info icon to see more details about the project:
- Status - Displays the current project status, such as Open or Complete
- Email Address - Your project's unique email address

Start and End Dates - The contract start and end dates of the project
- Comments from the Office - Displays any comments entered by office personnel, and may include important details about the job or the site. Comments can be added when creating or configuring a project.

Project Team: Displays external and internal team members as entered when creating and configuring a project. Note - If more than two contacts are entered in any project team field, only the first two contacts will appear in the mobile app.

Project Mailbox
- Select Project Mailbox then select the Inbox or Outbox tab depending on the messages you wish to view
- Select a message to view it

Project Documents
- Select the Documents tab, then select a document type to view the log
Project Drive
- Select the Project Drive tab, then select a folder to view its contents
