Navigating Through the eSUB Fusion Interface on Mobile
Updated
User Personas: Project Manager | Field User
eSUB Fusion on mobile is built to get you what you need in as few taps as possible. This article is an introduction to the mobile interface and is a good starting point if you are new to the app.

Reachable from the project list, the menu gives you high-level app features such as Settings and movement between modules.

Notifications
Appears at the top right of some pages and takes you to the mobile notifications page.

The header at the top of each page names the content you are viewing or the action you are taking.

Some pages and documents carry tabs that expose additional fields. Swipe to move between them.

Control
What it does
Add/Action Button
Sits at the bottom right of most pages and gives you the functions used most often on that page. On some pages it opens a submenu of several functions, subject to your permissions.
eSUB Fusion stores up to 1000 documents created or modified in the last 90 days on your device. You will know which documents are available in offline mode by the download symbol. This feature will limit the amount of storage on a user's device and keep the app running smoothly.
Checkmark
Saves or confirms the changes you made on the current page.
Status Chips
Viewable on multiple documents and logs indicating a quick-glance view of the status and state of the document.
Selecting & Checkboxes
Some fields let you select and deselect multiple items with checkboxes. Where a selected item appears as a cell, tap the cell to remove it from the field.
Radio Buttons
Selecting one single option for example, view PDF options or sort & filter options.
Your device’s native talk-to-text can be used to populate any text field in eSUB Fusion.
The Actions menu on an RFI, with Edit, Email, and Revise.
The three-dot button opens an Actions menu scoped to the record you are on. What appears there depends on the module and on your permissions, so two users can see different options on the same document.
Filtering and Sorting
The Field Notes filter screen, with date range, keywords, and authors.
Control
What it does
Search bar
Narrows the list you are viewing to items matching your search term.
All and Mine
Narrows the list to every item or only to yours.
Sort and filter
Opens the sorting and filtering options for the current list.
Active filter
A blue dot on the filter button means a filter is currently applied to the page.
The full RFI Sort and Filter page, ending in Reset Filters.
Filter options differ by module. An RFI log filters on sort order, status, impact, and revisions, while a Field Notes log filters on date range, keywords, and authors.
Select Reset Filters to clear everything you have set and return the list to its full contents.
Filters stay applied while you move around inside a module, so a log that looks empty may simply be filtered. Check the filter button for the blue dot before assuming a record is missing.
