User Personas: Project Manager | Field User
The Mailbox captures all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to your project so that all project users can easily review and be kept up-to-date on project communications. For correspondence not originating via eSUB Fusion, simply forward them using your unique project email address for your records in your eSUB Fusion project Mailbox.
The project Mailbox on mobile is read-only and a network connection is required to access it. Mailbox has additional features on the web interface. See the Project Mailbox article for more guidance.

Capture Email Replies
Replies to your eSUB Fusion emails are seamlessly integrated back into your project as long as the replies include the binding email address from the original email. The binding email address is a unique email address that is automatically generated and allows eSUB’s email server to associate the incoming email reply to the document’s email chain in your eSUB Fusion project. When your email recipient selects Reply on an email that was sent from your project, the binding email address automatically appears in the To field. The recipient can enter their response, add additional recipients, or add attachments as they normally would with any other email. As long as the binding email address is left in the To, CC, or BCC field on the email reply, it will appear in your eSUB project Mailbox.
-
Open the message from eSUB in your email client and reply to the email as you normally would
-
Leave the binding email address in the To or CC field to automatically capture the email response in your eSUB project Mailbox
-
Send Correspondence to a Project
Messages that originate outside of eSUB Fusion can still be integrated into your project by forwarding the messages to your project’s unique email address. Once your messages are forwarded to your project, they are readily available for your project team to review.
- Open the message in your email client and select Forward
- Alternatively, you may use the Reply function or simply Compose a new email
- Paste the project email address in the To or CC field and select Send
Locate the Project Email Address
- Select a project from the project list then select the Additional Project Info icon
- Select the Copy icon to copy the project email address if desired
| Try adding the project email address as a contact in your email client so that you can use it to easily forward correspondence to your project. |
