User Personas: Project Manager | Field User
The Mailbox captures all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to your project so that all project users can easily review and stay up to date on project communications. For correspondence that does not originate in eSUB Fusion, simply forward it to your unique project email address to keep it on record in your project’s Mailbox.
The project Mailbox on mobile is read-only, and a network connection is required to access it. The Mailbox has additional features on the web interface.
To perform the actions in this article, you need the Mailbox - View and Edit permissions. See Set Up User Permissions, or contact an Admin user to adjust your permissions.
This article covers the mobile component of the Project Mailbox. For the web component and additional details, see: Project Mailbox.

Capture Email Replies
Replies to your eSUB Fusion emails are seamlessly integrated back into your project as long as the reply includes the binding email address from the original email.
The binding email address is a unique, automatically generated address that allows eSUB’s email server to associate the incoming reply with the document’s email chain in your project.
When your recipient selects Reply on an email sent from your project, the binding email address automatically appears in the To field.
The recipient can enter their response, add additional recipients, or add attachments as they normally would with any other email.
- Open the message from eSUB in your email client and reply to the email as you normally would
- Leave the binding email address in the To, CC, or BCC field to automatically capture the reply in your project Mailbox
See Project Mailbox for more details on how email replies are captured.
Send Correspondence to a Project
Messages that originate outside of eSUB Fusion can still be integrated into your project by forwarding them to your project’s unique email address. Once forwarded, they are readily available for your project team to review.
- Open the message in your email client and select Forward (you may also use Reply or compose a new email)
- Paste the project email address in the To or CC field and select Send
