eSUB Fusion Mobile App Settings

Settings in the eSUB Fusion mobile app help configure your user experience and enable the functions you need.

Check Your App Version and Build No.

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
    • The app version and build numbers are displayed at the bottom of the page

Update Your App

Keeping your eSUB Fusion app updated to the latest version ensures you will have the best experience with the most up-to-date features and fixes on the app. Follow the steps below based on your device's operating system.

Note that the exact steps for your device may vary depending on the version of the operating system on your device.

Update on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Select the menu button, then My apps & games
  3. Select the Updates tab, then Update next to the app you want to update

Enable Automatic App Updates on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Select the menu button, then Settings
  3. Select Auto-update apps
  4. Select your app update preference, then Done

Update on Apple iPhone

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Select your profile icon at the top of the screen
  3. Select Update next to the app to update it

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone
  2. Select App Store
  3. Turn on App Updates

 

Reset Your Password on Mobile

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
  2. Select Reset Password
    • A new browser page will appear
  3. Enter your eSUB login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the eSUB verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code from the email into the reset password page and create your new password
    • Double check you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. This will cause an error when pasting in the Verification Code
