eSUB Fusion Mobile App Settings

Settings in the eSUB Fusion mobile app help configure your user experience and enable the functions you need.

Open the Settings Screen

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
  2. Select Close in the top left corner to return to the app

Toggle Thumbnails on Logs Screens

The Toggle Thumbnails on Logs Screens switch turns thumbnail images on or off on log screens, such as the Field Notes and Daily Reports logs. Turning thumbnails off can help log screens load faster on large projects.

  1. Select the switch to turn log thumbnails on or off

The counters above the switch display Total records, FN attachments, and DR attachments.

Check Your App Version and Build Number

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
  2. The app Version and Build numbers are displayed at the bottom of the screen

Update Your App

Keeping your eSUB Fusion app updated to the latest version ensures you have the best experience with the most up-to-date features and fixes. The exact steps vary with your device’s operating system version.

Update on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Select your profile icon, then Manage apps & device
  3. Select Update next to eSUB Fusion, or Update all

To turn on automatic updates, see the Google Play support center.

Update on Apple iPhone

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Select your profile icon at the top of the screen
  3. Select Update next to eSUB Fusion

Reset Your Password on Mobile

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
  2. Select Reset Password
  3. A new browser page appears
  4. Enter your eSUB login email into the Email Address field, then select Request Verification Code
  5. Go to your email inbox and open the eSUB verification code email from noreply@esubcloud.com, then enter the verification code on the reset password page and create your new password

 Double-check that you did not copy a blank space before or after the 6-digit code. A stray space causes an error when pasting into the Verification Code field.

Log Out

  1. Select the menu button, then select Settings
  2. Select Log Out at the bottom of the screen
