The enhanced Document Viewer experience has been extended across all supported document types in eSUB, creating a more consistent and streamlined way to view PDFs and attachments without immediately downloading files.
🆕 Enhancements & Improvements
🆕 Web: Updated Document Viewer Experience View PDF now opens documents directly in the eSUB document viewer instead of downloading them. Attachments open inline, when supported, allowing users to preview files before downloading. Select Download in the top right to download the document. The updated Document Viewer experience is now available across:
- Daily Reports
- Field Notes
- RFIs
- Purchase Orders
- Submittals (Items and Packages)
- Change Orders (CORs)
- Timesheets (PDF viewing only)
🆕 Web: Updated Attachment Viewer Experience File previews are also available for the below file types. A User may click on an attachment to preview the file instead of downloading it. Unsupported file types (Ex: .CSV files) will continue to download automatically.
- PDFs
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel (.xls)
🆕 Web: My Projects Log Updates - A User can now personalize their My Projects log by tagging their favorite projects. To tag favorite projects, select the star icon next to the Project No. Favorite projects will sort to the top of the log.
- Users can easily track the % hours used of their overall labor hours.

Introduces new functionality and usability improvements across eSUB, highlighted by the initial web-based rollout of Time & Material (T&M) Tickets and a new, enhanced Contacts Search experience. These updates focus on improving consistency, control, and reliability across everyday workflows.

🆕 Web: Time & Material (T&M) Tickets T&M Tickets are now available on the web as part of an initial rollout. This release introduces Create, View, and Edit functionality designed to support day-to-day workflows while gathering feedback for additional enhancements to follow. - Create, view, and edit T&M Tickets directly from the web.
- Improved signing and re-signing workflows when ticket details change.
- Attachments can be added and reviewed directly within the ticket.
- Filtering and status indicators help locate and manage tickets more easily.
This is an initial release, and feedback is encouraged as we continue to refine and expand T&M Ticket capabilities. 🆕 Web: Updated Contacts Search A new Contacts Search experience has been introduced and applied consistently across all documents, providing users with greater control and clarity when selecting contacts. - Search by: Starts with, Contains, or Equals.
- Results grouped by: Recently Used, Business, and Internal contacts.
- Consistent behavior across RFIs, Submittals, T&M Tickets, and other documents.
🆕 Web: Job Cost Summary and Detail Exports Job Cost Summary and Job Cost Details reports can now be downloaded as Excel or CSV files. - Excel exports provide formatted worksheets designed for review and presentation.
- CSV exports remain available for users who need raw data for external processing.
- Exported files now include project information to clearly identify the source project.

- COR (Web): Resolved an issue where COR cost code dropdowns displayed incorrectly.
- RFI/COR/PO/PA/FN/DR (Web): Fixed an issue where the RFI View page attachment carousel (for pictures and video) did not function properly.
- COR/RFI/Submittals/Project Info (Web): Corrected an issue preventing users from deleting input dates on forms.
- Drawings/Document Attachments (Web): Resolved saving issues caused by encoded special characters in attachment file names ("—" em dash).
- Drawings (Web): Fixed an issue where drawing markups could disappear when navigating.
- Project Cost Codes Search (Web | Project Settings): Corrected Project Cost Code searches routing users to the incorrect page.
- Drawings (Web): Resolved missing Zoom buttons after OCR processing.
- RFI (Web): Fixed an issue where RFI official responses did not appear on the View page.
- RFI (Web): Resolved an issue preventing image deletion.
Submittals (Web): Updated Submittals so attachments are selected by default.
