Project Team Contacts: Addressed an issue where contacts on the Project Team tab were not accessible if the contact profile did not include an email address. Create and Manage Projects

Purchase Orders (Web): Updated PO Line Items to show separate fields for Category and Cost Code for clarity. Cost Code category will default to Materials and available cost codes filter by the category selected. 

Drawings (Web): 

• Added card view to the Upload and Version Set edit. Zoom in and out to decrease or increase the number of thumbnails visible. 
  
• Changes made in one view (card or list view) will be automatically reflected in the other view
• Duplicate number detection added
  
• New tags feature (card view only)

User Log Updates: Additional fields have been added for clarity. Added columns include Employee ID #, Permission Group, Primary Labor Class, and Drawings Access.

WEB - Drawings

Version Sets: Redesigned the Version Sets log to match other tools and include sort and filter

Upload and Edit Sheets Logs: The upload and edit sheets logs have been enhanced for a better user experience. These enhancements include:

• Improved scrolling and sheet loading
• Fixed a bug that returned a User to the top of the sheets log after updating a sheet
• Capture Sheet Info auto selects sheets - If no sheets are previously selected, clicking the Capture Sheet Info button will automatically select all sheets, streamlining this process
• Capture Sheet Info will automatically zoom in on the bottom right corner of a sheet to reduce the number of clicks in capturing sheet details. If a coversheet or index sheet does not include a title block, you may toggle to the first sheet that does before selecting the reference areas. 
  
• Group Select (Shift + Left Click) - Quickly select multiple sheets to assign disciplines or rename a group of sheets
•  Search and filter added to quickly find sheets
  
• Click the header to sort
  
• Quick link added to view a sheet and edit sheet details
  
• New sheets are clearly marked
  
• Confirmation dialog now clearly indicates when a sheet is scheduled for deletion

WEB - Drawings

• Card View: Added a card view to the "Sheets" log for an enhanced experience
  

• List View: Removed thumbnails of individual sheets in the "Sheets" log, thumbnails of sheets will preview when hovering over sheets.

  

• Markup Indicator: Included icon in Card View to easily distinguish sheets with markups
  
   
• Download Sheet Without Markups: Added the ability to download an individual sheet without markups
  
• Complete Set Download: Added the ability to download the latest drawing set (based on Issue Date) as an As-Built - with or without markups
  
• Currently Viewing: Fixed a bug in the user interface that was not displaying which sheet version was being viewed
• OCR Updates: Enhanced OCR accuracy when capturing sheet information

• Capture Sheet Info – Reference Areas: Added color coordination for clarity when capturing sheet information

  

• Capture Sheet Info – Auto Zoom: Prior to capturing sheet info, the sheet will autozoom to the title block for an improved user experience
• Capture Sheet Info – Progress Bar: A progress bar was added to the OCR process for status clarity
  
• OCR Low Confidence Icon: Sheets captured with low confidence are tagged with tooltip for further review
• New Versions Data Carryover: Disciplines and tags carry over to new sheet versions on upload. Fields default to prior sheet version assignment, unless otherwise selected. To ensure this works correctly, the sheet must be properly named before completing the upload.

WEB - Other

• COR Export: Updated the Project and Global Change Order Log to match; added Change Order Number and revision number. 
• User Profile E-mail Address: Added the ability to edit a Standard User or Crew Member's email address
