| 🆕 Market Area Logos on Generated PDFs |

Each Market Area can now carry its own logo, and that logo replaces the company logo on PDFs for projects assigned to that Market Area. If you run more than one brand or legal entity out of a single eSUB account, the documents you send to owners, general contractors, and vendors now go out under the right logo without anyone having to remember to swap it. Upload, replace, or remove the logo on the Market Area setup screen. Market Areas with no logo set continue to use the company logo. The Market Area logo applies to generated PDFs only, so emails and the eSUB Fusion web interface still use the company logo, and PDFs created before this release are not regenerated. | Purchase Order Line Notes - Line Notes on a PO line item now accept up to 2,000 characters, up from 200. The field shows a character counter so the limit is clear before you run into it, and going over it produces a message on the field itself instead of a generic "Please fix affected fields." Longer notes save from both the add and the edit screens. |
| Project Summary KPIs - The Total Budget card was populating the contract value rather than the budget. It now shows the budget and is labeled Current Budget. Committed Hours has been replaced with Current Contract Value, and every KPI on the screen now displays the full dollar amount, so you see $22,000 rather than $22k. |
| Cost to Complete, Projected Gross Profit indicator - The change indicator on the Projected Gross Profit KPI was comparing original contract value against current budget, so approving a change order could flag a decline when projected gross profit had actually gone up. It now compares against current contract value. |
| SOV import from Excel - Imported SOV items no longer revert to system-generated numbers on Apply Changes. The item numbers supplied in your import file are preserved, for any import or numbering scheme. |
| Retainage on the Pay Application cover sheet - Retainage printed on the Pay Application cover sheet could differ by a cent from the Progress Billing Summary tab, because the two were rounding independently. The two values now match. |
| Scheduling, Site Closed and Holiday days - A day marked as Site Closed or a Holiday in a Schedule Item could not be changed back, so selecting the wrong day left no way to undo it. Those days can now be returned to a normal staffed day. |
| QuickBooks Online, crew member mapping - When a crew member sync failed because the email address already existed in eSUB, the employee never appeared in the mapping dropdown, leaving no way to link it by hand. Employees now populate the dropdown whether or not the sync creates the crew member. This mainly affects companies that used eSUB first and connected QuickBooks Online later, and cases where a name differs slightly between the two systems. |

| Photos and videos on Android - Attaching a photo or video on Android now opens the Android system photo picker, which hands the app only the items you select. The app no longer asks for permission to read your entire photo library, and there is no permission prompt at all. Photo and video behavior on iOS is unchanged. |
| Project list count - The count above the mobile Projects list showed the total number of projects in the system rather than the number of results returned. It now reflects whatever you have searched, sorted, or filtered to, so 12 open projects out of 15 total reads 12. |
| Project Drive file order - Project Drive files opened in an apparently arbitrary order on mobile, with no way to sort them. Files now sort alphabetically by default, matching the web. |
| Assigned projects staying visible - Users assigned to All Market Areas could watch their projects appear for a second or two at login and then disappear, leaving only the training project. Assigned projects now stay in the list. |
| Market area projects at sign-in - An organization-level user with access to all market areas could intermittently see only global projects and none of the market-area-specific ones, until logging out and back in restored the full list. The complete project list now loads reliably. |
| Log Out - Tapping Log Out could leave the spinner up indefinitely without ever signing you out. Sign-out now completes even when a cleanup step stalls. |
| Marked-up field note images - Marking up an image in a field note whose images had already synced, then saving and navigating away and back, left two thumbnails for that image, the plain original and the marked-up version. Only the marked-up image remains. |
| Activity Stream chat in dark mode - With Android in dark mode, chat text in the Activity Stream was unreadable. |
