🆕 Enhancements & Improvements
| 🆕 Submittal Packages - Consistent Item Ordering & Refreshed Experience |
Submittal Packages has a refreshed interface that matches eSUB's more recently released features, plus new capabilities.
|
| 🆕 Purchase Orders |
The Purchase Order experience has been rebuilt for a cleaner, faster, and more reliable workflow, with the biggest gains in viewing and receiving shipments.
Receiving tab: Each shipment is a card that expands into an editable, in-place view. Attachments are grouped with an in-app preview, search and filter help you find lines faster, and performance issues that caused lag and occasional browser crashes have been resolved. |
🛠Fixes
| COR Log Update - COR Log and View pages now display "Subcontractor Requested" (matching the Create dropdown and PDF. Fixes long-standing typo that showed "Subcontract Requested" instead. |
| Submittal Package Item Order - Submittal Package items now render in the entered order across View PDF, Email, and Download flows. Resolves inconsistency where emailed PDFs and downloaded PDFs showed items in opposite orders. Submittals reach the GC in the intended sequence every time — eliminates a source of miscommunication and rework. |
| Resource Contact Info - Updated Resource contact info (phone, etc.) now appears on PO PDFs without the ~30-minute delay. PDF generation now reads the latest saved contact data. Customers can update a contact and immediately issue a correct PO PDF — no waiting or re-generating. |
| PO Lines Pricing - Corrected negative-value formatting in PO Lines pricing so negative amounts display as intended. |
| PO Receiving - Negative values are now allowed when receiving shipments, the "Received Today" field. |

Internal app references remain unchanged; customer-facing identity is aligned to the current brand. Provides consistent branding across web and mobile — customers find and identify the correct app under the current "eSUB Fusion" name. |
