🛠 Web Fixes

Progress Billing Retainage - Progress Billings now respect Company- and Project-level retainage settings. Custom retainage values flow through to new Progress Billings instead of defaulting to 10%.
Change Orders - Fixed "Markup must be a Number" error on COR save after deleting a Markup % value. Applies to other numeric fields (quantity, etc.) that previously erred when cleared. Smoother COR editing — users can remove values without hitting validation errors or workaround steps.
Change Orders Worksheet Tab - COR Worksheet "Please fix affected fields" notification now identifies the offending field. Users no longer have to hunt the worksheet to find what's blocking the save. Faster COR cleanup — clear pointer to the problem field instead of a vague error.

🆕 Enhancements & Improvements

🆕 Cost to Complete Report - Project Level
The Cost to Complete report in eSUB allows you to track, forecast, and adjust the projected cost and gross profit of a project in one place. The report combines your original budget, approved Change Order Requests (CORs), committed costs, and a forward-looking projection so you can determine your projected gross profit.

🆕 Cost to Complete Report - Global Level

The Cost to Complete report in eSUB allows you to track, forecast, and adjust the projected cost and gross profit of a project in one place. The Global cost to Complete Report allows Users to see information across all of their projects

To access the Global Report select Reporting in the Global Navigation Menu and select Cost to Complete under GLOBAL REPORTS. The report may be filtered by Market Areas, Project Managers, and or Project Status.

🆕 Market Areas

Market Areas in eSUB allow you to define a single, global list of categories — such as Commercial, Healthcare, Education, or any segmentation that fits your business — and assign them to your projects. Once assigned, Market Areas can be used to filter and group reports (such as the Global Cost to Complete report*) so you can see how segments of your portfolio are performing.

*Market Areas are currently only available for use in the Global Cost to Complete Report.  Additional Market Area features will be released in the future. 

🆕 Project Budget Entry UI Improvements

The Project Budgets page has been redesigned with a clearer layout and a quicker way to enter and update values.

No more Edit/View modes: The separate "Edit" button is gone. If you have edit permission, just click any cell to change its value. Users without edit permission see a read-only grid. 

Search and refresh: A new search bar above the grid filters every row in real time as you type, and a refresh button reloads data from the server whenever you need it.

Per-column filters: Every column header now has a filter icon — click it to filter that column.

Sort by any column: Click a column header to sort. Cost codes are sorted by number, ascending, by default. 

Cleaner layout: Cost Code is now split into two columns — number (shown as a chip) and name. The Cost columns sit on the right, with a totals row pinned at the bottom that updates in real time as you edit.

🛠 Web Fixes

PO Line Item Deletion - Fixed "Please fix affected fields" error when saving a PO after deleting a newly added line. Purchase Orders now save cleanly after add-then-delete edits.
