This release focuses on improving document workflows, contact management, and drawing performance across the platform. Users can now preview and email PDFs in a single step, manage T&M distribution lists at the project level, and benefit from a faster, more responsive Contacts experience. In addition, major upgrades to OCR processing deliver significantly faster performance and improved accuracy when working with drawings.

🆕 Enhancements & Improvements

🆕 Web: Preview a PDF then Email Directly

After selecting View PDF on a document, users now have the option to email the document directly. This functionality is available across all tools, including:

  • Change Order Requests (COR)
  • Field Notes (FN)
  • Daily Reports (DR)
  • Requests for Information (RFI)
  • Submittals/Submittal Packages (SUB)
  • Time and Material Tickets (T&M)
  • Pay Applications (PA)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)

You can now enter the email workflow directly from the Generate PDF screen, with all selected PDF configuration options automatically applied. If you choose not to send, you will be returned to your original page.
🆕 Web: T&M PDF Signature Timestamp Update

Previously, when a T&M ticket was exported to PDF, the signature timestamp displayed in UTC rather than the local time shown at the moment of signature in the web or mobile app. This issue has now been resolved for PDFs viewed or emailed from the web.

🆕 Web: T&M Ticket Distribution List
Users can now configure a distribution list for T&M Tickets at the project level, streamlining the process of sending tickets to recurring recipients.
  • Add a predefined list of email recipients within Project Settings → Documents
  • Automatically populate recipients when sending T&M Tickets via email
  • Reduce repetitive data entry when working with the same distribution group

🆕 Web: Contacts
The Contacts experience has been upgraded with a faster, more responsive log and improved sorting and filtering tools. Users can now refresh contacts directly within the page, and delays when searching for recently added contacts in dropdowns have been resolved.
  • Added a refresh button to the contacts correspondence dropdowns so new or updated contacts appear without reloading the page
  • Updated Contacts Log with a new, faster grid for improved usability
  • Improved overall performance of the Contacts Log for smoother scrolling and responsiveness
  • Resolved issues that could cause delays, empty data gaps, or app freezing when managing contacts

🛠 Web: Contacts
Improvements to the Contacts Log resolve issues where newly added contacts did not appear immediately.
🛠 Web: Labor Rates Not Populating in CORs
Fixed an issue where prepopulated labor rates were not displaying in the COR Worksheet Rate field when a Labor Class was selected. Total costs were calculating correctly, but the rate was not visible.
🛠 Web: Drawings OCR Updates
Improvements to the Drawings tool resolve issues where sheets could disappear after Capture Sheet Info and where sheet name lines were reversed.
  • Faster, more accurate OCR for drawings with improved detection of small text and callouts
  • Significantly reduced processing time, with large drawing sets completing much faster
  • More reliable results across all file types, including scanned PDFs
  • Refresh drawings directly without reloading the page
  • Fixed issue where sheets could display “No sheets” until refreshed
