🆕 Enhancements & Improvements

Released 2/18/2026

This release improves export capabilities, financial calculation transparency, and workflow efficiency across the platform. Updates include expanded Excel and CSV exports for project logs, clearer Job Cost and worksheet totals, improved T&M PDF sharing options, and usability enhancements such as sorted labor class selections and in-place T&M status updates.

Reports & Logs

• 🆕 Web: Expanded Export Options for Project Logs

  All log types now support both Excel and CSV exports, providing greater flexibility when exporting project data for reporting, analysis, or sharing outside of eSUB. Exports are available for all tools in both the Project and Global Document Logs

  Additional enhancements include: Field Notes exports now include a Media Summary worksheet that links directly to the primary Field Notes log sheet for easier reference to attached images and files. Submittal Package exports now organize related items into grouped sections within Excel for improved readability.

• 🆕 Web: Labor Class Override Sorting

  Sorting has been applied to the Labor Class Override field within the Daily Report Crew Tab to make selecting labor classes easier and more intuitive.

• 🆕 Web: Crew Entry UI Improvements

  Crew tab is enhanced to provide an improved user experience when adding and editing Crew time

• 🆕 Web: Crew Member Selection Updates

  Updates to the Crew Member selection process include added filter/search options and logging recently used Crew Members for quicker selection.

  Change Orders

• 🆕 Web: Change Order Summary Tab Calculation Improvements

  Updates were made to improve clarity and accuracy within the Change Order summary tab used for financial calculations.

  Key improvements include: The previous “Total” column has been renamed to “Worksheet Total” to better reflect that it represents a base value before additional calculations are applied.  A new Total column has been added to clearly show the values contributing to the final Grand Total. Calculated dollar values are now displayed below percentage inputs to improve transparency when reviewing markups and totals. The Compound Markups option has been repositioned, so it appears before the calculation table, making it clearer that it affects the calculations below it.

• 🆕 Web: Optional Summary Table in Change Order Request (COR) PDFs

  Users can now choose to include a Summary Table when generating Change Order Request (COR) PDF or Email. This option provides a clearer breakdown of the calculated totals and markups included in the change order, making it easier to communicate cost details with project stakeholders.

  When enabled, the PDF will display an expanded summary table that provides additional detail about the change order totals.  If the option is left disabled, the PDF will generate using the standard summary layout.

  Time & Materials (T&M)

• 🆕 Web: T&M Log Workflow Improvements

  Users can now update the status of T&M tickets directly within the log, eliminating the need to edit each ticket to make status updates.

• 🆕 Web: T&M PDF Export Options

  Updated T&M PDF export behavior to improve control over pricing visibility.

  Enhancements include: The ability to generate a PDF version without rates for sharing externally. The No Rates option is now selected by default while still remembering the last selected export preference. Users without permission to view financial values will only see the No Rates option when generating PDFs or sending emails.
