We released five new updates for the Web application:
- Default Change Order Request (COR): The default COR markup tool is complete. This will allow users to set default markups for COR on individual projects and will enhance the user experience for projects that have a large number of COR's.
- Project Log Auto-Refresh: We implemented the eventual consistency on the project log page. When users create a project and select "Save", the log will automatically be updated and not require a manual refresh by the user
- Email Enhancement: We have enhanced the document email to not show "Inactive" users and "Unavailable" contacts in the send-to fields. This fixes an issue where we were exposing inactive/unavailable contacts.
- Purchase Order Lines: We enhanced the PO lines to maintain the order created by the customer. This aligns with the field release and allows the customers to maintain a "grouping" of materials as they were entered.
- Daily Report - Crew Member Sort: We enhance the daily report crew time entry to show Crew members sorted by First name and cost codes sorted by cost code number below each crew member. This will help users maintain consistency when checking there work or auditing time entries.
