The Field Notes tool provides a streamlined way to relay information between the field and the office. Field users on the eSUB Fusion mobile app can easily upload and tag job site images to document progress, issues, delays, safety protocols, material shipments, and anything else your business needs. Office users can quickly review and respond to Field Notes in order to keep operations running smoothly.
To perform the actions described in this article, a user must have the Field Notes - General Permissions and Share permissions.
Use the links below to quickly jump to a topic:
View and Manage the Field Notes Log
- Select a project from the project list, then select Field Notes
- Use the All, Mine, filtering, and search options as desired to refine the list
- Tap on a Field Note to view it
Offline Storage of Documents
eSUB Fusion stores up to 1000 documents created or modified in the last 90 days on the user's local device. A user will know which documents are available in offline mode by the download symbol. This feature will limit the amount of storage on a user's device and keep the app running smoothly.

A Location Tag can be reused on the project once it has been created and applied.
Examples of Location Tags might include: 6th Floor, Room 121, Rooftop, Basement, etc.
