To perform the actions in this article, you need to be assigned a license for the Drawings tool and have the Drawings - General Permissions permissions.
This article covers the mobile component of Drawings. For the web component and additional details, see: Sheets: Viewing, Uploading, and Managing.

Sheets and snapshots display as cards showing a thumbnail preview, the sheet number, and the sheet name. On the Sheets tab, the version badge on each card identifies the most recent version of that sheet across your drawing sets. Select the ︙ (3-dot/ellipsis) menu on a sheet card for additional options, including downloading the sheet with or without markup.

Search, sort, and filter the log
See Navigating Through the eSUB Fusion Interface on Mobile for more guidance. Manage SheetsThe Sheets tab gives your team a simple, structured way to work with drawing sheets in the field. Users can view and mark up sheets, apply tags, review versions, download sheets to their device, save sheets for offline use, and create snapshots that can be attached to other project documents. |

Download a SheetSheets can be downloaded to your device for use outside of the eSUB Fusion app, with or without the markups applied to the sheet.
Individual sheets can also be downloaded with or without markup from the ︙ (3-dot/ellipsis) menu on a sheet card on the Sheets tab; it opens the same menu of options. Downloaded sheets are added to your device’s photo/media gallery. |
Save Sheets for Offline Use
|
|
|
|
Up to 20 sheets can be saved to your device so you can view them in the app when there is no connectivity, without overloading your device’s storage with the full drawing set.
If a new version of a downloaded sheet is uploaded to the project, you will receive a notification so you can choose to download the update. | |
| Offline sheets are read-only: markups cannot be added to a sheet while in offline mode. |
