User Personas: Project Manager| Field User
Daily Reports track the daily progress on your job site. As you complete Daily Reports, their data feeds reports and widgets across eSUB Fusion, so you get powerful reporting out of a tool you use every day. On mobile, you can document weather, Keywords, comments, photos and video from the field, and crew labor.
To perform the actions in this article, you need the Daily Reports - General Permissions and Share permissions. See Set Up User Permissions for more guidance.
This article covers the mobile component of Daily Reports. For the web component and additional details, see: Daily Reports.

Offline Storage of DocumentseSUB Fusion stores up to 1,000 documents created or modified in the last 90 days on your device. The download symbol shows which documents are available in offline mode. This limits the amount of storage the app uses and keeps it running smoothly. When your device has no connectivity, the offline banner appears and the log shows only the documents stored on your device, each marked with the download symbol. |

Daily Report FeaturesGeneral tab. Document worksite information for the day, such as total workers on site, time on and off site, and the weather. If the No. field is left blank, the Daily Report number is generated automatically. Weather. If the project has a valid address, the day’s weather auto-populates. You can also enter weather conditions manually if the observed weather differs from the automatic reporting. Keywords. Keywords are tags you add to the document for categorization or to bring attention to issues on the job site. See Applying Keywords and Other Tags to Documents on Mobile for more guidance. Comments tab. Add comments to document the progress or conditions of the worksite. The Internal Comments section keeps comments internal to your company; by default they are not included when emailing or printing the Daily Report. Crew tab. Document the labor hours and shift information of your crew. Crew labor hours can also populate as a timecard in the Time Management module; see Track Crew Labor below. |
